摘 要:通过正火和调质处理获取42CrMo渗氮钢不同预处理表面显微组织,利用OM、EDS和显微硬度计对离子渗氮后试样进行分析检测,并采用便携式显微硬度计对渗氮钢实物进行生产验证。结果表明:当42CrMo渗氮钢表层存在半脱碳层组织,与表层正常无脱碳组织试样的显微硬度检测结果相接近,氮与钢中合金元素结合生成合金氮化物,占强化机制的主导地位,然而其表面脆性等级显著下降,且距表面等间距硬度梯度降低幅度最大。显微组织级别和基体硬度是影响检测离子渗氮后表面维氏硬度的主要因素。Obtaining the microstructure of different pre-treatment surfaces of 42CrMo nitrided steel through normalizing and quenching and tempering treatment,OM,EDS and microhardness tester were used to analyze and detect the samples after ion nitriding,and a portable microhardness tester was used to verify the actual production of nitrided steel.The results indicate that when there is a semi decarburized layer structure on the surface of 42CrMo nitrided steel,the microhardness test results of the sample with normal non decarburized structure on the surface are similar,and the combination of nitrogen and alloying elements in steel to form alloy nitrides dominates the strengthening effect,However,its surface brittleness level has significantly decreased,and the decrease in hardness gradient at equidistant distances from the surface is the largest.The microstructure level and matrix hardness are the main factors affecting the surface Vickers hardness after ion nitriding detection.
