摘　　要：在分析轨道交通装备行业焊接技术标准应用现状的基础上,论述了行业内焊接技术标准体系的建立和实践。对轨道车辆焊接生产相关的国内外标准进行了梳理归纳,形成焊接技术标准体系构架并建立了标准文本数据库,根据技术的发展和生产的需求,明确了标准制修订清单。通过对体系的应用和实践,不断提高焊接技术人员和焊接企业的水平,提升轨道车辆产品的质量。Based on the analysis of the application status of welding technical standard in rail transportation industry,the establishment and practice of welding technical standard system were discussed.The main standards in domestic and abroad related to rail vehicle welding production were sorted out to provide a welding technical standard system framework and a standard text database.A list of standards to be developed or revised is clarified.Through the application of the welding technical standard system,the level of welding technicians and welding enterprises is constantly improved,and the quality of rail vehicle products is improved.
