摘  要:为了AISI 4130管道钢管的安全运行,通过分析管材焊接性,评定焊接工艺试验,制定与之相匹配的焊接工艺,研究满足规范要求并符合现场工况的焊接工艺。试验结果显示,AISI 4130管材试样的各项力学性能均符合评定标准要求,表明制定的焊接工艺合理,能够满足严苛的标准和现场工况要求,保证了管线的顺利生产和安全运行。In order to ensure safety operation of AISI 4130 pipeline steel pipes,the welding performance of pipes was analyzed,welding process tests were evaluated,and matched welding processes were developed to study welding processes.They met regulatory requirements and working conditions.Test results showed that the mechanical properties of the AISI 4130 pipe specimen met the requirements of the evaluation standards.Test results indicated that the developed welding process specification was reasonable and could meet strict standards and working conditions.Welding Process could ensure the production and operation of the pipeline.
