摘　　要：A335 P22铬钼合金钢是2.25Cr-1Mo的耐高温用珠光体耐热合金钢,具有良好的塑性,抗高温、高压,耐腐蚀、耐磨损及其他特殊物理、化学性能的特征;其缺点是在焊接工艺中具有淬硬性和再热裂纹倾向。针对大壁厚A335 P22铬钼合金钢的特性研究更合理适用的焊接工艺和控制方法,确保获得优良的焊接质量。A335 P22 chromium-molybdenum alloy steel is a 2.25Cr-1Mo high-temperature resistant pearlite heatresistant alloy steel,which has good plasticity,high temperature resistance,high pressure resistance,corrosion resistance,wear resistance and other special physical and chemical properties.The disadvantage is that it has a tendency to harden and reheat cracks in the welding process.In this paper,the characteristics of A335 P22 chromium-silver alloy steel with large wall thickness are discussed to discuss more reasonable and applicable welding processes and control methods to ensure excellent welding quality.
