摘 要:以新、老世代农民工城市融入为研究对象,从经济、制度、社会和心理四个维度构建农民工城市融入水平指标,通过实证分析探讨影响两代农民工城市融入差异的因素。结果表明,农民工城市融入水平存在代际差异。其中,经济资本是新、老世代农民工城市融入差异的最重要影响因素,人力资本对新生代农民工的影响大于老一代农民工,社会资本和心理资本则对老一代农民工的影响更大。由此,应该从提高农民工收入水平、提升农民工工作技能、培育社会资本和增强农民工对城市的归属感等方面推动农民工加快城市融入,促进城镇化发展。Taking urban integration of the old and new generations of migrant workers as the research object,this paper constructs the index of urban integration level of migrant workers from four dimensions:economy,system,society and psychology.Through empirical analysis,the influencing factors of the differences in the urban integration are explored.The results indicate that there are inter-generational differences in the migrant workers’urban integration.Among the influencing factors,economic capital is the most important one.Human capital has a greater impact on the new generation of migrant workers than the old generation,while social capital and psychological capital have a greater impact on the old generation of migrant workers.In view of the research finding,we should help migrant workers to accelerate their urban integration by increasing their income,enhancing their work skills,cultivating their social capital and enhancing their sense of belonging to the city,so as to promote the development of urbanization.
