套管内保径钻塞技术在海上套损井治理中的应用

摘  要:随着海上油气田大规模开发调整,套损井数量剧增,受地质和工程影响,渤海湾内有多口井发生过套管剐蹭或碰撞事故。挤注水泥浆封堵套损井,钻塞过程极易造成套管开窗或井眼丢失,且施工难度大,成为制约套损井修复的技术难题。结合保径导向扩孔技术和套损井导向打通道技术的特点,提出了套管内保径钻塞技术,能有效解决上述难题。以X97井为例,通过理论计算,确定了钻塞工艺管柱的组合形式、钻头/磨鞋的规格、钻铤/扶正器长度、施工参数等,并在现场得以应用,避免了钻塞开窗或对套管破损段二次损伤的风险,解决了套损井段钻塞的难题,验证了套管内保径钻塞技术的可行性,也为其他套损井的钻塞施工提供了参考。The large-scale development and adjustment of offshore oil and gas fields has induced a dramatic increase in casing damage wells,and many wells in Bohai Bay have had casing scraping or collision due to geological and engineering influences.After casing damage wells are plugged by squeezing cement slurry,casing window opening or wellbore loss easily caused by drilling plug and a difficult construction both form technical problems restricting the repair of casing damage wells.Combined with the characteristics of gauge-protected and directional reaming technology and directional channeling in casing damage wells technology,the gauge-protected drilling plug technology in casing is proposed to effectively solve the problems above.This paper takes Well X97 as an example and determines the combination type,drill collar length and construction parameters of the drilling pipe string.The risk of window opening and the difficulty in casing damage well drilling are avoided and solved respectively after applying the calculation results in the field.It verifies the feasibility of the gauge-protected drilling plug technology and offers a reference to other conditions in casing damage wells.
