摘  要:开展潜山油藏CO_(2)注气试验研究,选用35 MPaCC级井口、Y441耐高温高压气密封隔器、BGT3型气密扣油管进行高温深层液态CO_(2)注入;通过室内实验明确CO_(2)腐蚀机理,采用封隔器卡封、环空替入保护液的方式保护上部套管,环空保护液选用了HZ-4缓蚀剂。现场试验验证了注气管柱的可靠性,累计注入液态CO_(2)1.3×10^(4)t,对应油井阶段增油800 t以上,表明雾迷山潜山油藏注入性良好,具备大规模埋存CO_(2)的条件,同时证明了CO_(2)驱提高采收率的可行性,潜山油藏开展大规模碳埋存、碳驱油,对于助力我国实现碳达峰、碳中和具有重要意义。An experimental study on CO_(2)injection in buried hill reservoirs was conducted.A 35 MPa,CC level wellhead,Y441 high temperature and high-pressure gas sealing packer,and BGT3 type airtight buckle oil pipe were selected for high-temperature and deep liquid CO_(2)injection.The mechanism of CO_(2)corrosion was clarified through indoor experiments,and the upper casing was protected by employing a packer to seal and replacing the annulus with protective fluid.The formulation of the corrosion inhibitor for the annulus protection fluid is designed as HZ-4.The reliability of the gas injection pipe string was verified through experiments.The cumulative injection of 13000 tons of liquid CO_(2)corresponds to the oil increase of more than 800 t in the oil well stage,which shows that the buried hill reservoir of Wumishan has good injectivity and the conditions for large-scale CO_(2)storage.It also proves the feasibility of CO_(2)flooding to improve oil recovery,which is of great significance for the buried hill reservoir to carry out large-scale carbon storage and carbon flooding and help China achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.
