摘 要:笔者从工艺技术角度重点探究了陶瓷岩板生产过程中静电喷釉成膜均匀性的关键影响因素,以期为陶瓷岩板的实际生产提供理论指导与技术支撑。通过探究静电电压、旋转压力、雾化压力、往复机的速度及相邻两台往复机的启动时间间隔等因素对陶瓷岩板釉面质量的影响,确定静电施釉成膜均匀的最佳工艺参数为:静电电压V_(se)为-30 kV、旋转压力P_(x)为3 kg、雾化压力P_(w)为4.5 kg、往复机的速度V_(rc)为30 m/min及相邻两台往复机的启动时间间隔Δt为0.4 s。此时,静电施釉釉雾状态最稳定,釉面沉积率最高,无明显“S”型纹路,砖坯表面成膜最均匀,有效提高岩板等建材的产品的釉面品质。This article starts from the perspective of actual production and focuses on the factors affecting the uniformity of electrostatic spray glaze film formation during the production process of sintered slabs from the perspective of process technology,and provides technical guidance for the actual production of sintered slabs.Through research on factors such as electrostatic voltage,rotation pressure,atomization pressure,the speed of the reciprocating machine and the start-up time interval of two adjacent reciprocating machines,it is determined that the best process parameters for uniform electrostatic glazing film formation are:the electrostatic voltage V_(se)is-30 kV,the rotation pressure P_(x) is 3 kg,the atomization pressure P_(w) is 4.5 kg,the speed of the reciprocator V_(rc)is 30 m/min,and the starting time interval Δt of two adjacent reciprocators is 0.4 s.Thus,the electrostatic glazing glaze mist state is the most stable,the glaze deposition rate is the highest,there is no obvious"S"-shaped pattern,and the film on the tile surface is the most uniform,effectively improving the glaze quality of products such as sintered slabs and other building materials.
