摘 要:采用快速凝固/粉末冶金技术制备Al-4Cu-xLi-X(x=1,2和3)合金,研究合金制备过程中显微组织的演变规律及其对力学性能的影响。结果表明,Li含量对合金粉末的尺寸分布、表面形貌、显微组织和物相组成没有明显影响。热等静压后得到致密的块体合金,随着Li含量升高,组织中第二相的数量不断增加并逐渐形成网状结构;合金抗拉强度随之提高,但是延伸率显著下降。经过热挤压,合金中原始粉末边界充分破碎,第二相沿挤压方向分布,合金强度和延伸率同时提高。Al-4Cu xLi-X(x=1,2 and 3)alloys were prepared by rapid solidification/powder metallurgy.The evolution of micro⁃structure and its effect on mechanical properties during the preparation of alloys were studied.The results show that the Li content has no significant effect on the size distribution,surface morphology,microstructure and phase composition of the alloy powder.The dense bulk alloy was obtained after hot isostatic pressing.With the increase of Li content,the amount of the second phase increases and gradually forms a network structure.The tensile strength of the alloy increases with the increase of Li content,but the elongation de⁃creases significantly.After hot extrusion,the boundary of the original powder in the alloy is fully broken,the second phase distributes along the extrusion direction,and the strength and elongation of the alloy increase simultaneously.
