摘  要:通过电流、电压、计数时间等不同试验参数的正交试验,确定了X射线荧光光谱法的最佳试验条件。选择铝合金标准样品,建立标准工作曲线,实现了7×××系铝合金中元素Si、Fe、Cu、Mn、Mg、Cr、Ni、Zn、Ti、Zr的准确测定。对该测定方法的精密度进行考察,铝合金样品中各元素测定结果的相对标准偏差均低于0.7%,对标准样品进行分析,测定值与化学法吻合较好,能够满足铝合金各元素的准确测定的需求。Through orthogonal test of different experimental parameters such as current,voltage and counting time,the optimum test conditions of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry were determined.Standard aluminium alloy samples were selected and standard work⁃ing curves were established.The accurate determination of Si,Fe,Cu,Mn,Mg,Cr,Ni,Zn,Ti and Zr of 7×××aluminium alloy was realized.The precision of the method was investigated,and the relative standard deviation of each element in the aluminium alloy samples was lower than 0.7%.The standard samples were analyzed,and the measured values were in good agreement with the chemi⁃cal method,which could meet the needs of the accurate determination of each element in aluminum alloy.
