摘 要:选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝是应用广泛的NO_(x)治理技术,其脱硝效率、氨逃逸率与其内部的流动特性密切相关.在SCR装置中加装导流板可有效改善弯道内的流场,实现SCR装置的稳定高效运行.基于计算流体力学模拟方法,对某焦化燃煤锅炉SCR系统进行模拟,提出3种导流板设计方案并进行数值模拟.经过优化后,AIG下游速度方差系数为6.69,催化剂上层截面速度方差系数11.84,截面温度平均值499 K,温度最大偏差9℃,最大到最小温度区间跨度15℃,截面NH 3/NO_(x)物质的量的比平均值0.812,方差系数4.67,压力损失1855 Pa,为改造脱硝装置、提高脱硝效率提供参考.Selective catalytic reduction is the wide application technology for removing NO_(x).Its denitrification efficiency and ammonia escape rate are closely related to its internal flow characteristics.Installation baffles in the SCR device can effectively improve the flow field inside the curve,stable and efficient operation of the SCR device.Based on the computational fluid dynamics simulation method,an SCR coal-fired boiler system was simulated and three kinds baffle design schemes were proposed and numerically simulated simultaneously.The results demonstrated that AIG downstream velocity variance coefficient was 6.69,the catalyst upper layer cross-sectional velocity variance coefficient was 11.84,the average cross-sectional temperature was 499 K,and the maximum temperature deviation is 9℃after the design optimization.The ultimate minimum temperature range spans were 15℃,the average cross-sectional NH 3/NO_(x) molar ratio was 0.812,the variance coefficient was 4.67,and the pressure loss was 1855 Pa.This research will contribute to improve the denitration efficiency and provide a significant reference value for the actual transformation of the design.
