摘 要:为探究安徽省建筑业全要素生产效率的区域差异,首先构建C 2 R和BC 2模型,分析综合效率及生产效率无效的原因,然后应用SE-DEA模型测算超效率值,进一步找出各市生产效率的区域差异,最后采用Malmquist指数模型对2017—2021年安徽省建筑业生产效率进行趋势分析.研究结果表明:2021年安徽省建筑业整体生产效率较高,各市间存在较大的区域差异,研究期内生产效率呈增长态势,技术进步是建筑业发展的主要原因.To explore the regional difference in the total factor production efficiency of the construction industry in Anhui Province,based on the reasonable selection of input-output indicators,C 2 R and BC 2 models were first constructed to analyze the reasons for comprehensive efficiency and ineffective production efficiency.Then,the SE-DEA model was used to calculate the super efficiency value and further identify the regional difference in production efficiency among different cities.Finally,the Malmquist index model was used to analyze the trend of the production efficiency of the construction industry in Anhui Province from 2017 to 2021.The study found that the overall production efficiency of Anhui construction industry was higher in 2021,and there was a large regional difference among cities.During the research period,production efficiency showed an increasing trend,and technological progress was the main reason for the development of the construction industry.
