摘  要:新型电力系统中煤电将是最重要的调节性电源,越来越多的煤电机组将参与深度调峰。现有机组普遍面临低负荷时锅炉稳燃、受热面超温、脱硝投入、汽机安全性等问题不能实现深度调峰。对国内某600 MW亚临界机组进行了深度调峰摸底试验,得到了制约机组实现20%负荷深度调峰的瓶颈。针对瓶颈,为实现20%深度调峰,提出了锅炉侧燃烧器优化、磨煤机分离器改造、送风机改造、水平烟道吹灰优化,汽机侧辅助蒸汽系统改造,控制侧逻辑优化等技术方案。Coal power units will be the most important regulatory power source in the new power system,and more and more coal power units will participate in deep peak regulation.The existing units are generally faced with problems at low load such as stable combustion of boiler,overtemperature of heating surface,operation of denitration system,safety of turbine,etc.In this paper,a 600 MW sub-critical power unit was tested for depth peak regulation,and the bottleneck of 20%load depth peak regulation was obtained.Technical application scheme such as boiler burner optimization,coal mill separator transformation,foced fan transformation,ash blowing optimization of boiler horizontalflue duct,auxiliary steam system transformation and control logic optimization are put forward to achieve 20%load depth peak regulation of the unit for breaking the bottleneck.
