摘　　要：目的:探究运动引导想象训练对脑卒中患者睡眠质量和生命质量的效果。方法:选取2022年4月至2023年7月冠县人民医院收治的脑卒中患者50例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。观察组采用运动引导想象训练,对照组采用常规护理,评估2组生命质量、睡眠质量、认知功能、独立生存能力。结果:干预后,观察组生命质量、计算能力、语言理解能力、图形描画、各项独立生存指标评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运动引导想象训练针对性恢复了脑卒中患者的认知功能与生活状态,同时改善了睡眠情况,患者脱离医疗监管后具备基础独立生存能力。Objective:To explore the effect of motor guided imagination training on sleep quality and quality of life in stroke patients.Methods:The study was carried out from April 2022 to July 2023,and 50 cases of stroke were selected,which were divided into observation group and control group combined with disorder table method.The corresponding nursing measures in the group were divided into exercise-guided imagination training and routine nursing,and the quality of life,sleep quality,cognitive function and independent survival ability of the two groups were assessed.Results:After intervention,the scores of physiological quality,calculation ability,language comprehension ability,graphic drawing and independent survival index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the sleep quality score of observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Exercise-guided imagination training can restore the cognitive function and living status of stroke patients,and at the same time,scientifically improve the sleep situation,and the patients have the basic independent survival ability after being released from medical supervision.
