摘　　要：目的:分析骨痹汤联合龙胆泻肝汤改善骨科患者围术期睡眠质量的效果。方法:选取2021年7月至2023年6月甘肃省武威市民勤县中医院外科收治的围术期患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合给予骨痹汤联合龙胆泻肝汤治疗。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较2组患者焦虑、抑郁症状改善情况,比较2组患者护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组PSQI评分、SDS评分、SAS评分均显著低于对照组,观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:骨痹汤联合龙胆泻肝汤能有效改善骨科患者围术期的睡眠质量,减轻疼痛程度及焦虑程度,提高患者的生命质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of Gu Bi Tang combined with Long Dan Xie Gan Tang on improving perioperative sleep quality in orthopedic patients.Methods:A total of 100 perioperative patients admitted to the Minqin County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital surgery department in Wuwei City,Gansu Province,from July 2021 to June 2023,were selected as the research subjects.Using a random number table method,they were randomly divided into control and observation groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received a combination of Gu Bi Tang and Long Dan Xie Gan Tang treatment based on the control group.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the differences in sleep quality between two groups of patients.The Self self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms in the two groups of patients,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:After intervention,the PSQI score,SDS score,and SAS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Gubi Tang and Longdan Xiegan Tang can effectively improve the sleep quality of orthopedic patients during the perioperative period,reduce pain and anxiety,and improve patients'quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
