基于快速康复理念的干预改善老年股骨颈骨折术后睡眠质量效果研究

摘　　要：目的:分析老年股骨颈骨折术患者采用快速康复理念改善睡眠质量及促进功能恢复的效果。方法:选取2022年2月至2023年10月厦门大学附属中山医院收治的老年股骨颈骨折术后患者86例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组予以常规干预,观察组予以基于快速康复理念的干预,对比2组睡眠质量等恢复情况。结果:观察组首次进食等恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疼痛、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、功能性活动评分改善均优于对照组,观察组并发症发生率为(2.33%,1/43),与对照组比较显著更低(16.28%,7/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于快速康复理念的干预对老年股骨颈骨折术后患者睡眠质量及功能恢复具有积极的影响。Objective:To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation on sleep quality and functional recovery in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:A total of 86 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated in our hospital from February 2022 to October 2023 were selected,and the patients meeting the criteria were divided into control group and observation group by simple randomization method,with 43 cases in each group,respectively receiving routine intervention or intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation,and the recovery status of sleep quality and other conditions were compared between the two groups.Results:The first feeding time and other recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the pain,PSQI and functional activity scores were improved better than those in the control group.The complication rate in the observation group was(2.33%,1/43),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.28%,7/43)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation has a positive effect on sleep quality and functional recovery of elderly patients after femoral neck fracture.
