右佐匹克隆结合光照疗法治疗老年失眠合并抑郁症状患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究右佐匹克隆结合光照疗法改善老年失眠合并抑郁症状患者的睡眠质量及心理状态的作用效果。方法:选取2023年1月至2023年12月济南市天桥第二人民医院收治的老年失眠合并抑郁症状患者86例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组43例。对照组采用右佐匹克隆治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加光照疗法。比较2组患者治疗效果、睡眠质量、心理状态。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率(95.35%,41/43)高于对照组(81.40%,35/43),差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。干预后,观察组PSQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年失眠合并抑郁症状患者的治疗中实施右佐匹克隆结合光照疗法干预具有显著效果,可提高患者睡眠质量,改善其心理状态,值得推广实施。Objective:To investigate the effects of right zopiclone combined with light therapy on sleep quality and psychological status in elderly insomnia patients with depressive symptoms.Methods:A total of 86 cases of senile insomnia with depressive symptoms were selected from the 2023 of the Second People's Hospital of Ji'nan Tianqiao from January to December of 2023.They were randomly divided into the FR group and PB Group,in the FR Group,43 cases were treated with right zopiclone,while in the PB Group,light therapy was added to FR Group.The therapeutic effect,sleep quality,and psychological status were compared between the two groups.Results:the effective rate of PB Group(95.35%,41.43)was significantly higher than that of FR Group(81.40%,35/43)(P=0.044).After intervention,the PSQI score in the PB Group was lower than that in the FR group(P<0.05),and the scores on the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the PB Group were lower than that in FR group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the intervention of right zopiclone combined with light therapy in the treatment of senile insomnia with depressive symptoms has a significant effect,which can improve the sleep quality and psychological state of the patients,and is worth popularizing.
