四缝放血对食积患儿睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析食积患儿使用四缝放血疗法的作用。方法:选取2023年1月至2023年6月漳州市中医院收治的食积患儿60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组接受常规的西医治疗,观察组予以四缝放血疗法,比较2组疗效。结果:治疗后,对照组各种症状消失时间均高于观察组(P<0.05);对照组治疗总有效率明显低于观察组(P<0.05);观察组的睡眠质量存在明显提升(P<0.05);对照组各项中医证候评分均高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:食积患儿使用四缝放血疗法可发挥出极高疗效,可显著改善患儿的睡眠质量,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective:To analyze the effect of using four-slit bloodletting therapy in children with food accumulation.Methods:Sixty pediatric patients with food accumulation in our hospital were included in the study and randomly divided into control and experimental groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group received four-slit bleeding therapy.Compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the disappearance time of various symptoms in the control group was higher than in the experimental group.The total effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group.The sleep quality of the experimental group was significantly improved.The scores of various traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the control group were higher than those in the experimental group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The use of four-slit bloodletting therapy in children with food accumulation can achieve extremely high therapeutic effects and significantly improve their sleep quality,which has important clinical application value.
