摘　　要：目的:探究对焦虑症(AD)伴睡眠障碍(SD)行低频重复经颅磁刺激(LF-rTMS)+认知行为疗法的作用。方法:选取2022年1月至2024年1月济南市第二精神卫生中心收治的AD伴SD患者86例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组行认知行为疗法,观察组行LF-rTMS+认知行为疗法,对比2组疗效、焦虑状态、睡眠指标、睡眠质量。结果:较对照组,观察组疗效、睡眠指标更佳,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:LF-rTMS+认知行为疗法可促进AD伴SD患者焦虑症状及睡眠状态改善,可推广。Objective:To explore the effect of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(LF-rTMS)+cognitive behavioral therapy on anxiety disorder(AD)with sleep disorder(SD).Methods:A total of 86 patients with AD and SD admitted to Ji'nan Second Mental Health Center from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected,and they were 1:1 included in the control group(n=43,cognitive behavioral therapy)and the observation group(n=43,LF-rTMS+cognitive behavioral therapy)by random number table method.The two groups'efficacy,anxiety state,sleep index and sleep quality were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had better efficacy and sleep indexes,and the scores of SAS,HAMA,and PSQI were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:LF-rTMS+cognitive behavioral therapy can promote the improvement of anxiety symptoms and sleep status in patients with AD and SD.
