摘 要:不同表面形貌的多孔NiO纳米薄膜在电致变色领域应用潜力巨大。在NiSO_(4)·6H_(2)O水溶液中添加非离子表面活性剂TX-100,制备多孔NiO薄膜。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线能谱仪(EDS)对未添加表面活性剂以及添加TX-100的NiO薄膜形貌和组成进行表征。采用电化学工作站和紫外-可见分光光度计测试电致变色性能。结果表明TX-100的添加可以使多孔NiO薄膜孔径变小,表面更加致密,这提供了更大比表面积与更多活性位点,改善光学性能,并在一定程度上提升NiO薄膜的循环稳定性。在600 nm波长处,添加TX-100的NiO薄膜的最大光调制幅度为68.88%,相较未添加表面活性剂的NiO薄膜增加了8.58%。Porous NiO nanofilms with different surface morphologies have great potential for application in the field of electrochromism.This article reports the preparation of porous NiO thin films by adding non ionic surfactant TX-100 to NiSO_(4)·6H_(2)O aqueous solution.The morphology and composition of NiO thin films without surfactants and with TX-100 were characterized using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS).Electrochemical workstation and UV visible spectrophotometer were used to test the electrochromic performance.The results indicate that the addition of TX-100 can reduce the pore size and make the surface of porous NiO films denser,providing a larger specific surface area and more active sites,improving optical properties,and to some extent enhancing the cyclic stability of NiO films.At the wavelength of 600 nm,the maximum light modulation amplitude of the NiO film with TX-100 added is 68.88%,which is 8.58%higher than that of the NiO film without surfactant added.
