摘 要:近年来,化工污水的排放量逐年提高,其处理问题也备受社会关注。化工生产所排放废水中包含的大量氮氧化物可能会造成严重的水体富营养化问题,排放浓度达到一定水平时甚至会导致生态系统的破坏。因此,为实现污水中氮元素的无害化处理,脱氮工艺的研究势在必行。文章将对化工污水处理中的脱氮工艺流程及处理效果进行分析,对比传统脱氮工艺及新型脱氮工艺的应用特点及不足,对相应工艺的设计要点及运行效果进行优化,进一步探索其在化工污水处理中的应用。In recent years,the discharge of chemical wastewater has increased year by year,and its treatment has also attracted much social attention.The large amount of nitrogen oxides con-tained in the wastewater discharged from industrial production may cause serious eutrophication of water,and even lead to the destruction of ecosystems when the discharge concentration reaches a certain level.Therefore,in order to realize the harmless treatment of nitrogen in sewage,the re-search of nitrogen removal process is imperative.In this article,the denitrification process and treatment effect in chemical wastewater treatment will be analyzed,the application characteristics and shortcomings of traditional nitrogen removal process and new nitrogen removal process will be compared,the design points and operation effects of the corresponding process will be optimized,and its application in chemical wastewater treatment will be further explored.
