摘 要:如何快速获取铣削作业参数信息与铣磨车车机作业状态是保证钢轨铣磨车钢轨修复作业效率、质量与安全的关键。基于此,提出一种基于灰狼-蚁狮算法的钢轨铣磨车人机交互界面优化方法。综合考虑钢轨修复过程中多维度信息、多流程、多功能、多对象等要求,建立以视觉感知强度为目标的钢轨铣磨车人机交互界面优化模型;提出一种基于灰狼-蚁狮的模型求解算法,解决多决策变量界面布局模型求解时陷入局部最优与极值点逼近问题,获得钢轨铣磨车人机交互界面优化方案。最后,对优化前后的钢轨铣磨车人机交互界面进行眼动实验,实验结果表明,优化后的人机界面布局在舒适性、安全性以及界面的合理性上都优于原装备的设计,验证了该模型与算法的有效性和可行性。How to obtain the information of milling parameters and the operating status of rail milling train quickly is the key to ensure the efficiency,quality and safety of the rail repair operation of the rail milling train.A method to optimize the human-machine interface of rail milling train based on the grey wolf—ant lion algorithm was proposed.Considering the requirements of multi-dimensional information,multi-process,multi-function and multi-object in the process of rail repair,the optimization model of human-computer interaction interface of rail milling mill with visual perception strength was established.A model solving algorithm based on gray wolf—ant lion algorithm was proposed to solve the problem of local optimum and extreme value approximation when solving the interface layout model with multiple decision variables,which obtained an optimization solution for the human-machine interface of rail milling train.An eye-movement experiment was conducted on the human-machine interface of the rail milling train before and after the optimization.The experimental results showed that the optimized human-machine interface layout was better than the original equipment design in terms of comfort,safety and interface rationality,which verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the model and algorithm.
