摘 要:汽车自动焊装生产线中,焊枪每焊接一定量的点数后要进行修磨,会影响生产线的实际输出,其中固定焊枪采用摆臂修磨器影响更大。文章介绍了固定焊枪摆臂修磨的现状,并对修磨过程进行了时序分析。针对搬运机器人和固定焊枪的应用,分析了机器人在进行搬运工作时,焊枪作为独立轴单独运动从而实现修磨的可行性,即在焊接完成后,前台程序判断是否需要修磨,如果需要修磨则开启异步模式并触发后台修磨程序启动,后台程序控制焊枪独立轴和摆臂修磨器按照时序完成修磨过程,在焊接开始前,前台程序关闭异步模式恢复焊枪的联动。通过在某生产线实施异步修磨功能,并对比实施前后的单班次平均小时产量,发现实施后生产线的输出量得到明显的提升。Automotive automatic welding production line,the welding gun need to be tip dressed after welding a certain amount of points,which will affect the actual output of the production line.Especially the stationary welding gun with swing arm tip dresser has a greater impact.This paper introduces the current situation of stationary gun with swing arm tip dressing,and analyzes the time sequence of the grinding process.For the application of handling robots with stationary welding gun,when the robot is carrying out the handling work,the welding gun as an independent axis of separate movement can achieve the tip dressing.After the completion of the weld,the foreground program to determine whether it is necessary to tip dress.If it is necessary,then turn on the asynchronous mode and trigger the background dressing procedure to start.The background program can control the welding gun as an independent axis and the swing arm tip dresser to achieve the dressing process following the time sequences.Before welding starts,the foreground program turns off the asynchronous mode to restore the linkage of the welding gun.By implementing the asynchronous tip dressing function in a production line and comparing the average hourly output of a single shift before and after the implementation,it is found that the output of the production line has been improved obviously after the implementation.
