摘　　要：藏象学说是中医学借以探索人体生命活动的独特脏腑认识体系,是中医学理论体系的核心内容。随着时代发展,中医逐渐被推上世界的舞台,世界各国也相继出现中医的学者。其中,法国的阿兰•麦斯特拉雷医生就是通过对古汉字的剖析和结合中国原始的象思维来推演中医概念的学者,在他的著作《中医的农业经验主义来源》一书中,以不同于传统中医思想的创新方式,提出了对藏象学说的新见解,是中医文化传播海外的证据,也是中外文化交流互鉴的历史见证。通过研究其对藏象学说的诠释,能够启发我们对中医文化传承现状的思考,对促进中医文化传播具有重要意义。The theory of visceral outward manifestation is a unique understanding system of human life activities,and is the core content of the theoretical system of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).With the development of the times,TCM has gradually been promoted to the world stage,and TCM scholars have emerged all over the world.Among them,Dr.Alain Mestrallet from France is a scholar who deduces TCM concepts by analyzing ancient Chinese characters and combining primitive Chinese thought.In his book Empirical Sources of Chinese Medicine in Agriculture,he proposes new insights into the theory of visceral outward manifestation in an innovative way different from traditional TCM thinking.This serves as evidence of the overseas dissemination of TCM culture and is a historical witness to cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries.Studying his interpretation of the theory of visceral outward manifestation can inspire us to reflect on the current situation of TCM cultural inheritance,which is of great significance for promoting the dissemination of TCM culture.
