微孔引流打包固定法在小切口腋臭根治术中的应用

摘　　要：目的 对比微孔引流打包固定法与传统引流条引流皮下缝合固定法在小切口腋臭根治术中的临床疗效及安全性。方法 回顾性分析自2018年1月至2023年5月,昆明市中医医院皮肤科收治的66例腋臭患者的临床资料。按照手术方式分为观察组(30例)和对照组(36例)。对照组采用引流条引流皮下缝合固定法,观察组采用微孔引流打包固定法。术后对两组患者的疗效、满意度以及术后并发症情况进行观察分析。结果 术后3个月,对照组和观察组显效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组皮下血肿、皮瓣坏死及切口边缘坏死的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),其他并发症的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。此外,观察组患者对治疗结果满意度更高,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 微孔引流打包固定法在小切口腋臭根治术中效果较好,并发症较少,患者满意度较高,值得临床推广。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of the microporous drain packing fixation method with the traditional drain strip drainage subcutaneous suture fixation method in the radical treatment of osmidrosis with a small incision. Methods The clinical data of 66 cases of axillary odor patients from January 2018 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into the observation group(30 cases) and the control group(36 cases) according to the surgical method. The control group adopted the method of subcutaneous suture fixation with drain strip drainage, and the observation group adopted the method of packing fixation with microporous drainage. The efficacy, satisfaction and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed after surgery. Results At 3 months postoperatively, the difference in the apparent rate between the control group and the observation group was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The incidence of subcutaneous hematoma, flap necrosis and incision edge necrosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the difference in the incidence of other complications was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In addition, patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the treatment results, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of microporous drainage packing fixation in the radical operation of axillary osmidrosis with small incision is better, with fewer complications and higher patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
