摘  要:针对配网由单一检修施工方开展“一停多用”的传统综合检修方式,提出了多方协同配合作业的集中检修模式来提高检修施工效率,并对其停电检修计划上报、平衡、新增和变更,停电操作及工作许可,工作终结及送电各环节进行规范,降低检修施工管理过程中的人身安全风险。以重庆万州配网辖区内10kV青沙线检修工作为例,讨论基于配网一停多用方式下构建多方协同配合作业的集中检修模式存在的安全风险点和防控措施。For the distribution network by a single maintenance party to carry out the"one outage for multi-use"conventional comprehensive maintenance mode,the centralized maintenance mode of multi-party cooperative operation is proposed to improve the efficiency of maintenance.In addition,the risk prevention of power outage maintenance plan reporting,balance,addition and change,power outage operation and work permit,work termination and power transmission and other aspects of this mode are standardized to reduce personal safety risks in the process of maintenance construction management.Taking the inspection of 10 kV Qingsha line in Wanzhou distribution network area of chongqing as an example,this paper discusses the safety risks and prevention and control measure of the centralized maintenance mode based on multi-party cooperative operation under the one-outage-multi-use mode of distribution network.
