摘　　要：国内北方地区早期建设的某换流站,受限于当时的技术及施工条件,阀外冷室外换热设备并没有配套建设防冻棚,阀外冷管道在冬季严寒且昼夜温差较大的情况下存在结冻、损坏的可能。尤其在冬季低温、非计划停机且两台主泵均不可用等极端条件下,阀外冷区域室外换热设备需要采取保暖防寒措施,以避免阀外冷空冷器管束或阀门被冻坏的情况发生。Due to technical and construction conditions at its construction time,the converter stations built in the early stage in north China did not have a supporting antifreeze shed for outdoor heat exchange equipment of external valve cooling.Thus the external valve cooling pipeline may be frozen and damaged owing to winter cold or large day-night temperature fluctuation.And the particularly extreme conditions such as ultra-low temperatures,and unplanned shutdown and unavailability of two main pumps,outdoor heat exchange equipment in the external cooling area of the valve needs to take thermal and cold protection measures to avoid freezing of the external cooling air cooler tube bundle or valve.
