摘　　要：针对某柔性直流换流站年度检修期间连续检测出电阻器异常问题进行分析。通过现场拆解,发现设备结构存在隐患,提出电阻器包边结构和安装工艺优化整改措施。检测结果显示优化措施是可行的、有效的,有力保障了设备运行安全,也为今后类似问题提供参考。This paper reports an analysis on the continuous detection of abnormal resistors during the annual maintenance period of a flexible DC converter station.Through on-site disassembly,it was found that there were hidden dangers in the equipment structure.Measures for optimizing and rectifying resistor edge structure and installation process were proposed.After two years of tracking and testing comparison,the results have showed that the optimization measures are feasible and effective,effectively ensuring safety of equipment operation and providing reference for coping with similar problems.
