核电机组中蒸汽凝结引发的水锤事件分析与处理

摘  要:热蒸汽与冷凝结水接触会产生水锤,影响核电机组管道的完整性和可靠性,严重时甚至可能导致机组停堆。某核电站自投运以来发生过多起除氧器进水集管泄漏事件,其原因均为凝结水引起的水锤。选取其中一个事件进行详细的介绍,并分别从水锤的产生原理、管道设计及管道材料等角度分析事件产生的原因,最终给出相应的解决方案及对同行电站的相关建议。The encounter of hot steam and cold condensate may generate water hammer,which affects integrity and reliability of pipelines in nuclear power plants and even probably lead to reactor shutdown in severe cases.There have occurred many incidents of deaerator inlet header leakage in the nuclear power plant of the author′s affiliation since its initial operation,which could be attributed to water hammer caused by condensate.This paper reports one selected case and analyzes the triggers from the perspectives of occurrence principle of water hammer,and design and material of pipeline.It also proposes corresponding solutions and relevant suggestions to other plants.
