摘 要:为研究框架式塔基础的地震反应特性,优化抗震设计,文中以某石化分馏塔框架式塔基础为例,对落地塔进行有限元模拟和规范经验公式计算进行对比,分析了结果偏差原因;对框架式塔基础分别采用底部剪力法、框架模型法以及整体模型法进行计算对比,总结了计算结果间的偏差及其原因。结果表明:落地塔模拟计算未考虑实际塔内件和管道等的影响,基本自振周期T 1的模拟结果偏大,塔底地震效应偏小,可采用增大壁厚法调整模拟计算。框架式塔基础采用整体模型法考虑了塔器和框架基础的相互作用,基本自振周期T 1比塔器有所增大,塔底地震力及总弯矩均有降低;采用底部剪力法计算结果较整体模型法结果有偏差,底部剪力法并不适用;采用框架模型法计算的地震力及倾覆力矩偏大,导致框架的内力和配筋偏大,宜进行优化调整。In order to study the seismic response characteristics of tower frame foundation and optimize the seismic design,the tower frame foundation of a fractionation tower in a petrochemical plant was studied,the finite element simulation results of cylindrical tower foundation were compared with the calculation results using specification empirical formula,and the reasons for the deviation were analyzed.The tower frame foundation was calculated by bottom shear method,integrated model method and framework model method respectively,the results were compared,and the deviations of the results and the reasons were summarized.The results show that the simulation calculation of the cylindrical tower foundation did not take into account the actual influence of tower internals and pipelines,the simulation results of fundamental period T1 were larger,and the seismic effect at the tower bottom was smaller.Therefore,the method of increasing wall thickness can be used to adjust the simulation calculation.The interaction between tower and frame foundation was considered in the calculation of tower frame foundation by integrated model method.The fundamental period T1 was increased and the seismic force and total bending moment at the bottom of tower were reduced compared to the results of towers.The calculation results by bottom shear method deviated from those of integrated model method,so bottom shear method is not applicable.The seismic force and overturning moment calculated by framework model method were larger,resulting in excessive internal forces and reinforcement of the framework,so optimization and adjustment is advisable.
