浅谈芳烃联合装置热联合对装置平面布置的影响

摘  要:芳烃联合装置工艺流程长,塔类设备多,塔顶介质低温热源多,目前国外、国内对二甲苯工艺均将塔顶低温热利用作为降低装置能耗的一个重要手段,这种低温热的统筹利用被称之为“热联合”。文中对国内外几种对二甲苯工艺“热联合”方式及其相应设备平面布置思路进行了介绍与分析,从而得出国内工艺“热联合”技术没有简单地照搬某一种国外工艺,而是将他们的特点相结合的“热联合”技术。Aromatics complex is featured by long process flow,multiple towers and multiple low-temperature heat sources for the medium at the top of towers.Currently,both foreign and domestic xylene processes regard the utilization of low-temperature heat at the top of towers as an important means to reduce energy consumption of the unit.The coordinated utilization of low-temperature heat is called"thermal integration".This article introduces and analyzes several thermal integration methods and the corresponding equipment layout ideas for xylene processes at home and abroad,concluding that the thermal integration technology for domestic processes combines the characteristics of various foreign processes instead of simply copying a certain foreign process.
