摘 要:以设施栽培的中国樱桃诸暨短柄与黑珍珠为试验材料,从果实硬核期到采收期间,分别使用不同功率的LED灯光源、白炽灯光源、商品补光灯光源进行补光,以自然光照作为对照。通过对植株生理指标及果实品质指标的测定,发现采用红蓝光比例6∶1的LED光源补光显著提高了叶片光合速率并促进了果实发育和果皮着色,功率36 W的LED灯补光处理提高了诸暨短柄与黑珍珠的果实大小,使果实可溶性糖含量分别达到77.48 mg/g与74.40 mg/g。LED灯补光对于促进樱桃营养生长、提高果实品质具有积极作用,是值得研究推广的樱桃补光技术。Chinese cherry varieties Zhujiduanbing and Heizhenzhu were used as materials in this study.LED light sources with different power,incandescent light source,and commodity light source were used for light filling during the fruit core-hardening period to the harvest period,and natural light as control.Physiological indexes of plant and fruit quality indexes were tested.The results showed that the red/blue(6∶1)LED light supplementation treatment significantly increased the photosynthetic rate of leaves and promoted the fruit development and coloration.The 36 W LED light supplementation increased the fruit size of Zhujiduanbing and Heizhenzhu,and increased the soluble solid sugar content of the two varieties to 77.48 mg/g and 74.40 mg/g.LED light supplement played a positive role in promoting nutrition growth and improving fruit quality of cherries,and was a cherry production technology worthy of research and promotion.
