摘  要:Cu/SiO_(2)催化剂存在热稳定性差、易失活等方面的问题。为进一步改善其热稳定性差这一缺陷,通常以添加助剂的方式对催化剂电子结构进行调节,提高其稳定性。通过引进Ca、In、Al 3种金属材料对Cu/SiO_(2)修饰改性。结果表明:Ca-Cu/SiO_(2)催化剂在反应10 h后活性仍然维持稳定,苯乙酮转化率维持在100%,未出现失活现象。In-Cu/SiO_(2)和Al-Cu/SiO_(2)催化剂在反应10 h后苯乙酮转化率只维持在20%和25%左右,改性未达到预期目标。通过N_(2)吸附、XRD、H_(2)-TPR、NH_(3)-TPD和TG等技术表征,进一步证明Ca的添加能够提高催化剂稳定性及活性组分与载体间相互作用力,获得Ca-Cu/SiO_(2)催化剂在苯乙酮加氢制备α-苯乙醇反应过程中的高转化率、高选择性以及高稳定性。The thermal stability of Cu/SiO_(2) catalysts is poor,and they are prone to deactivation.In order to further improve the defect of poor thermal stability,additives are usually added to adjust the electronic structure of the catalyst to improve its stability.In this paper,three metal materials,Ca,In,and Al,were introduced to modify Cu/SiO_(2).The results showed that the activity of the Ca-Cu/SiO_(2) catalyst remained stable after 10 hours of reaction,and the conversion of acetophenone remained at 100% without any deactivation.After reaction for 10 h,the conversion of acetophenone on In-Cu/SiO_(2) and Al-Cu/SiO_(2) catalysts only maintained about 20% and 25%,and the modification did not meet the expected goal.Through technical characterization such as N_(2) adsorption,XRD,H_(2)-TPR,NH_(3)-TPD,and TG,it was further proved that the addition of Ca improved the stability of the catalyst and the interaction between the active component and the support,thereby obtaining a Ca-Cu/SiO_(2) catalyst for the hydrogenation of acetophenone high conversion,high selectivity,and high stability in the reaction of α-phenylethanol.
