摘  要:新能源正处于高速发展的阶段,但是也面临着电池、安全等诸多问题。其中锂电池爆燃问题限制了新能源车的发展。针对这一问题,以有良好附着性的硅橡胶为基体,加入硼酸锌作为阻燃材料,研究复合硅藻土-硅橡胶材料的阻燃性能和高温下的瓷化效果。通过SEM、XRD、TG等检测方法,对该复合材料进行了表征。结果表明:样品具有良好的阻燃效果。样品内部的硼酸锌在热解条件下产生B2O3,高温煅烧下加速复合硅橡胶的热解并与SiO_(2)发生共熔,促进瓷化过程,产生连续的桥连结构。该研究有助于减缓锂电池的燃烧阻燃问题,降低新能源车的燃烧危害。New energy is in the stage of rapid development,but also facing many problems such as batteries,safety.Among them,the problem of lithium battery deflagration has limited the development of new energy vehicles.To address this problem,the composite diatomaceous earth-silicone rubber material with good adhesion was used as the matrix and zinc borate was added as the flame retardant material to study the flame retardant performance and the porcelain effect at high temperature of the composite diatomaceous earth-silicone rubber material.The composite material was characterized by SEM,XRD,TG and other testing methods.The results showed that the samples had good flame retardant effect.The zinc borate inside the sample produced B2O3 under pyrolytic conditions,and the high temperature calcination accelerated the pyrolysis of the composite silicone rubber and eutectic with SiO2,which promoted the porcelainization process and produced continuous bridging structure.This study helps to mitigate the combustion flame retardant problem of lithium batteries and reduce the combustion hazard of new energy vehicles.
