摘  要:合成了钛酸铋/二氧化钛(TiO_(2)/BTO)复合纳米棒阵列,并研究了其光电催化性能。通过水热法制备了TiO_(2)纳米棒阵列,采用凝胶-溶胶法在TiO_(2)纳米棒阵列表面复合Bi_(4)Ti_(3)O_(12)(BTO)薄膜获得TiO_(2)/BTO复合纳米棒阵列。结果表明,TiO_(2)/BTO复合纳米棒阵列形貌均一、结晶良好。光电催化测试表明,由于BTO对可见光吸收的增加以及与TiO_(2)间形成的半导体异质结,TiO_(2)/BTO复合纳米棒阵列的光电化学性能均高于纯的TiO_(2)纳米棒阵列,最优TiO_(2)/BTO复合光阳极的光电流密度达0.6 mA·cm^(-2)。TiO_(2)/Bi_(4)Ti_(3)O_(12)(TiO_(2)/BTO)composite nanorod array were prepared and their photoelectrochemical performance were studied.TiO_(2) nanorod array were prepared by hydrothermal method,TiO_(2)/BTO composite nanorod array were prepared by a sol-gel hydrothermal process of Bi_(4)Ti_(3)O_(2)(BTO)film on TiO_(2) nanorod array surface.The result showed that the morphology of the TiO_(2)/BTO composite nanorod array was uniform and the crystallization was good.Photoelectrochemical performance showed that,due to the enhanced visible light absorption and p-n junction between the TiO2 and BTO,TiO_(2)/BTO composite nanorod array showed better photoelectrochemical performance than TiO_(2) nanorod array.The photocurrent of the optimum TiO_(2)/BTO sample achieved 0.6 mA·cm^(-2).
