钻井平台地面管道内钻井液传热特性研究

摘  要:明确地面钻井管道内钻井液的传热特性对钻井平台冬防保温具有现实意义。然而现有研究中大多数集中于传统管道如供热管道保温结构的研究,无法有效指导钻井管道的保温设计。利用C++编写地面管道内钻井液传热特性计算程序,研究了无保温管道、保温管道和电伴热管道内钻井液的温度分布规律。结果表明:停机时间小于2.2 h时,地面管道不需铺设保温材料;停机时间小于11.23 h时,地面管道铺设0.01 m的玻璃棉即可满足实际要求;随着停机时间的持续增加,地面管道需铺设电伴热以维持管内钻井液温度,对于单侧铺设电伴热带,加热时间60 min时出口截面钻井液的平均温度可到22.50℃。研究结果对钻井现场地面管道的保温结构设计具有重要参考价值。Clear understanding of the heat transfer characteristics of drilling fluid in the surface drilling pipeline is essential for winter insulation on drilling platforms.However,most of the previous studies focused on the research of thermal insulation structures for traditional pipelines such as heating pipelines,which could not effectively guide the thermal insulation design of the surface drilling pipeline.In this paper,the C++calculation program for the heat transfer characteristics of drilling fluid in the surface pipeline was compiled,and the temperature distribution rules of drilling fluid in the surface pipeline,the insulated pipeline,and the electric heat tracing pipeline were studied.The results showed that when the shutdown time was less than 2.2 h,there was no need to lay insulation material on the surface pipeline.When the shutdown time was less than 11.23 h,the surface pipeline could be laid with 0.01 m glass wool to meet the actual requirements.With the continuous increase in shutdown time,the surface pipeline needed to lay electric heat tracing to maintain the temperature of the drilling fluid in the pipeline.For the one-side laying electric heat tracing belt,the average temperature of the drilling fluid in the outlet section could reach 22.50℃ when the heating time was 60 min.The research results have important reference values for the thermal insulation structure design of the surface pipeline in the drilling site.
