摘 要:烟杆是直接提取制备烟碱的重要原料之一。以烟杆为原料,经碱解-萃取可制得高纯度烟碱。针对烟杆合成烟碱后固体废弃物残渣量大、难以回收再利用的问题,将残渣进一步经水解处理合成高值化学品乙酰丙酸,并对优化的生产工艺进行了讨论。结果表明:优化的工艺路线可提高项目的技术经济性,同时解决了烟碱生产过程的固体残渣处理问题,对于新建和已建的烟碱项目改扩建均具备建设性意义,为提高烟碱项目的综合效益提供一种可行的方案。Tobacco rod is one of the important raw materials for direct extraction and preparation of nicotine.High purity nicotine can be prepared from tobacco rod by alkaline hydrolysis-extraction.In view of the large amount of solid waste residue after the synthesis of nicotine from tobacco rod,the residue was further hydrolyzed into high value chemical levulinic acid,and the optimization of the production process was discussed.The results showed that the optimized process route could improve the technical economy of the project,and solve the problem of solid residue treatment in the process of nicotine production.This schema had construction significance for the reconstruction and expansion of new and existing nicotine projects,and is also a feasible scheme for improving the comprehensive benefits of nicotine projects.
