摘  要:中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司3.1 Mt·a^(-1)渣油加氢装置已成功完成14个周期运转,第十四周期装置A列实现了625天的长周期运转,创造了装置开工运行以来最长运转记录。基于之前多个周期运转经验,装置A列第十四周期通过采用S-RHT渣油加氢催化剂体系和优化的S-Fitrap级配以及平稳操作保障了装置的长周期稳定运行。运行结果表明,加氢产品的硫、残炭、金属及氮含量均满足下游生产要求,渣油加氢催化剂及其级配体系表现出了良好的加氢活性和稳定性,对原料油性质波动具有较强适应性。3.1 Mt·a^(-1)residue hydrotreating unit in Sinopec Hainan Refining and Chemical Co.,Ltd.has successfully completed 14 cycles of operation,and the 14th cycle unit A column has achieved 625 d long cycle operation,creating the longest operation record since the start of operation of the unit.Based on the experience of many previous cycles,the 14th cycle of the unit A colunn ensures the long-term stable operation of the unit through the use of S-RHT catalyst system and optimized S-Fitrap grading system,as well as smooth operation.The results show that the contents of sulfur,carbon residue,metal and nitrogen of the hydrogenated products meet the requirements of downstream production,and the residue hydrotreating catalyst and its grading system show good hydrotreating activity and stability,and have strong adaptability to the fluctuations of feedstock properties.
