阿司匹林联合地屈孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨联合使用阿司匹林与地屈孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征的治疗效果。方法 随机选取2018年1月-2021年7月青海红十字医院收治的212例多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究对象,均分为两组:即观察组和对照组,其中观察组106例,对照组106例,对照组患者在月经周期第5天时开始服用达芙通(地屈孕酮片)治疗,每次服用10 mg,每天服用10 mg,连续治疗21 d。同时观察组在对照组治疗措施的基础上,加用拜阿司匹灵(阿司匹林)50 mg,服用时间与地屈孕酮片一致,在排卵当日停止服药。观察治疗前后性激素水平:血清睾酮(T)水平、黄体生成素(LH)水平及卵泡刺激素(FSH)。采用SPSS 23.0软件进行统计学分析。计量资料用t检验。结果 治疗前3种激素水平比较差异均无统计学意义(t=-0.167、0.970、-1.630,均P>0.05),具有可比性。对照组治疗前后水平比较差异有统计学意义(t=63.17、45.89、62.61,均P<0.05),激素水平均有所改善。观察组治疗后激素水平较对照组显著下降,差异均有统计学意义(t=-39.344、-20.340、-30.187,均P<0.05)。结论 DYD联合阿司匹林相对于单独使用DYD能有效降低血清T、LH及FSH等激素水平,DYD联合阿司匹林对于治疗PCOS效果明显,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of aspirin combined with dydrogesterone in 212 patients with PCOS in Qinghai Red Cross hospital.Methods 212 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to Qinghai Red Cross hospital from January 2018 to July 2021 were randomly selected as research objects,and were divided into two groups:There were 106 patients in the experimental group,106 pa-tients in the observation group,and 106 patients in the control group who began to take dapotone(didrogesterone tablets)on the 5th day of the menstrual cycle,taking 10 mg each time and 10 mg every day for 21 consecutive days.At the same time,in the experimental group,on the basis of the control group's treatment measures,50 mg of Baiaspirin was added,and the taking time was consistent with dydrogesterone tablets,and the medication was stopped on the day of ovulation.The levels of serum testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)were observed before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 23.O soft-ware.Measurement data were tested by t.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of three kinds of hormones before treat-ment(t=-0.167,0.970,-1.630,all P>0.05),which was comparable.The levels of the control group before and after treatment were significantly different(t=63.17,45.89,62.61,P<0.05),and the hormone levels were improved.After treatment,the hormone level of the observation group was significantly decreased compared with that of the control group,and the dfferences were statistically significant(t=-39.344,-20.340,-30.187,all P<0.05).Conclusion DYD combined with aspirin could effectively reduce the levels of serum T,LH,FSH and other hormones compared with DYD alone.DYD combined with aspirin has obvious effect on the treatment of PCOS,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
