摘　　要：打破城乡分割和促进数字经济发展,是建设全国统一大市场和发展新质生产力的内在要求。本文利用2010-2020年280个地级市的面板数据,将新型城镇化试点视为一项准自然实验,结合渐进双重差分模型评估了试点对数字产业发展的影响。研究发现,新型城镇化试点对数字经济创新创业活跃度具有显著的提升作用,这一积极影响在人口规模适中、中西部地区的城市中更为显著。影响机制分析表明,新型城镇化试点通过纠正劳动力配置扭曲、促进高新技术企业进入、加速产业集聚和完善基础设施建设,从而提高了数字经济创新创业活跃度。本文研究结果从经验上揭示了新型城镇化试点的数字红利,为优化新型城镇化战略、促进数字经济与实体经济深度融合发展提供了政策启示。This paper discusses the importance of bridging the gap between urban and rural areas and promoting the growth of the digital economy to build a unified national market and develop new productive forces.The study uses panel data from 280 cities in China between 2010 and 2020,treating the new urbanization pilot program as a quasi-natural experiment.Using a difference-in-differences model,it assesses the impact of the pilot program on the development of the digital industry.The results show that the new urbanization pilot program significantly boosts innovation and entrepreneurship in the digital economy,especially in cities with moderate populations in the central and western regions.The analysis identifies correcting labor allocation distortions,promoting high-tech enterprise entry,accelerating industrial agglomeration,and improving infrastructure construction as crucial ways to promote innovation and entrepreneurship through the new urbanization pilot program.These findings reveal the digital dividend of the new urbanization strategy and provide policy insights for optimizing the new urbanization strategy to integrate the digital economy and the real economy.
