摘  要:某600 MW亚临界机组在检修期间发现水冷壁存在高温腐蚀现象,分析主要原因为炉内燃烧组织不良,造成火焰刷墙,主燃烧区缺氧,产生还原性气氛,且掺烧高硫煤。通过现场检查、管子表面检查及测量、试验室检验等分析水冷壁高温腐蚀原因,并提出解决措施,为燃煤机组治理水冷壁高温腐蚀提供参考。The phenomenon of high temperature corrosion of water wall was found during the maintenance of a 600MW subcritical unit,which was analyzed to be due to the poor combustion organization in the furnace,resulting in flame brushing,anoxia in the main combustion area and reducing atmosphere,and the main cause of high temperature corrosion of water wall was mixed with high sulfur coal.The causes of high temperature corrosion of water wall are analyzed through field inspection,pipe surface inspection and measurement,laboratory inspection and so on,and the solutions are put forward to provide reference for the treatment of high temperature corrosion of water wall of coal-fired units.
