摘　　要：东北电网《两个细则》的运行,对火电机组调节品质指标提出更高的要求,并且参与电网的考核与补偿,吉林省某电厂控制指标远低于考核指标。因此,通过对机组AGC变工况下协调优化、运行调整等手段,在保证机组参数稳定的前提下使AGC功能更加完善,参数指标得到较大提升,满足两个细则的要求。The operation of the"Two Rules"of Northeast Power Grid puts forward higher requirements for the adjustment quality indicators of thermal power units,and participates in the assessment and compensation of the power grid,and the control index of a power plant in Jilin Province is far lower than the assessment index.Therefore,by means of coordinated optimization and operation adjustment of the unit AGC under changing working conditions,the AGC function is more perfect and the parameter indicators are greatly improved under the premise of ensuring the stability of the unit parameters,meeting the requirements of the two rules.
