摘  要:β肾上腺素受体(β-adrenergic receptor, β-AR)在冠心病病因研究中占据着重要位置,包括β1、β2和β3三个亚型,这些受体在机体广泛表达并具有多种生理功能。β3-AR可介导脂肪代谢相关反应,与脂代谢异常、胰岛素抵抗、糖尿病及高血压等冠心病危险因素密切相关;另外,β3-AR激动对心肌梗死后心脏具有保护作用。本研究通过概述β3-AR分子结构特征、在心脏中的表达及生理功能,探讨β3-AR在冠心病发病中的潜在作用及其成为冠心病风险预测因子或治疗新靶点的潜力。β-adrenergic receptors(β-ARs) play pivotal roles in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease(CHD) and include three subtypes: β1, β2, and β3, which are widely expressed in the body and regulate many physiological processes. Studies found β3-AR can mediate brown adipocyte thermogenesis and energy consumption, and the mutation of the β3-AR gene is closely related to dyslipidemia, insulin resistance, diabetes, hypertension, and other CHD factors. Moreover, the activation of β3-AR exerts a cardioprotective impact following myocardial infarction. This review aims to summarize the molecular structure, the expression in the heart, and the physiological function of β3-AR. Furthermore, we discuss the potential role of β3-AR in the pathogenesis of CHD and predict the potential of β3-AR as a risk predictor or novel therapeutic target for CHD.
