摘  要:以聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG1000)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI-100)及不同种类醇类扩链剂等为原料,采用预聚体法合成混炼型聚氨酯弹性体(MPU),将其与各种橡胶助剂混炼硫化得到最终产物。通过力学性能、玻璃化转变温度、耐老化性能和阻尼性能测试研究MPU中的不同扩链剂的结构对MPU性能的影响。结果表明,扩链剂的种类对MPU耐低温性能的影响甚微。选用α-烯丙基甘油醚合成的MPU力学性能最高,阻尼性能最好,同时还具有良好的耐压缩疲劳性能和耐热氧老化性能。Using polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol(PTMG1000),diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI-100)and different types of alcohol chain extenders as raw materials,a millable polyurethane elastomer(MPU)was synthesized using the prepolymer method.It was mixed and vulcanized with various rubber additives to obtain the final product.The effect of the different chain extender structures in MPU on the properties of MPU were studied by testing of mechanical properties,glass transition temperature,aging resistance and damping properties.The results showed that the MPU synthesized byα-allyl glyceryl ether had the highest mechanical properties and the best damping performance,and also had good compression fatigue resistance and thermal oxygen aging resistance.
