摘 要:以竹木质素为原料制备环氧化木质素(EL),将其在聚乙二醇(PEG)的协同溶解作用下均匀分散到环氧树脂预聚体中,得到EL改性的环氧树脂交联体系。采用非等温示差扫描量热法对包含PEG的环氧树脂体系固化反应动力学进行研究,得出最佳固化工艺为80℃/4 h+120℃/2 h。对固化后样品进行拉伸和弯曲性能测试,研究EL在PEG协同分散作用下改性的环氧树脂体系的力学性能。结果表明,EL的加入明显提高了环氧树脂的力学性能。当EL质量分数为5%时,与纯环氧树脂体系相比,体系的拉伸和弯曲强度分别提高了99.5%和71.6%。The bamboo lignin was utilized as raw material to prepare epoxidized lignin(EL).The EL was then uniformly dispersed into the epoxy resin precursor with the cooperative dissolution of polyethylene glycol(PEG)and the EL-modified epoxy resin crosslinking system was thus formed.The curing kinetics of the epoxy resin system containing PEG were investigated using non-isothermal differential scanning calorimetry,and the optimal curing process was determined to be 80℃for 4 hours followed by 120℃for2 hours.The tensile and flexural performance tests were conducted on the cured samples to assess mechanical properties of the epoxy resin system modified with EL under the synergistic dispersion effect of PEG.The results demonstrated that mechanical performance of epoxy resin was enhanced significantly with the EL addition.When the EL mass fraction was 5%,the tensile and flexual strength increased by 99.5%and 71.6%,respectively,in comparison to the pure epoxy resin system.
