摘  要:针对控制油源阀在主机系统中的工作需求,对该阀的输出动特性进行了研究优化。建立了阀流量、压力动态输出的数学模型,并基于AMESim仿真软件进行仿真分析,在模型有效性校验的基础上,对该阀工作状态、工作特性进行了详细阐述,提炼了影响阀性能的关键控制参数,并对参数进行敏感性分析,以明确各因素的影响趋势。结果表明:在减压阶段中,减压阀出口压力与阀芯半锥角呈正相关,在溢流阶段中,减压阀出口压力与溢流小孔开口量、直径呈负相关。According to the working requirements of the control oil source valve,the dynamic output characteristics of the valve are studied.A mathematical model for the output flow and pressure of the valve is established,and a simulation is conducted based on AMESim.On the basis of model validity verification,the working state and characteristics are described in detail;the key parameters affecting performance are extracted;and sensitivity analysis is conducted to clarify the impact trend of pressure.The results show that in the pressure reducing stage,outlet pressure is positively correlated with the half cone angle.And while in the relive stage,the outlet pressure is negatively correlated with the openings and the diameter of the orifice on the valve.
