摘 要:为研究不同时刻下圆锥破碎机衬板的磨损特征及破碎腔型的演变过程,基于衬板磨损理论,并结合挤压力破碎模拟实验,建立衬板表面破碎力分布模型。在利用超声波传感器测量定锥衬板磨损量的基础上,结合衬板磨损计算模型递推由定锥磨损量到动锥磨损量的转化关系,并引入衬板磨损量修正系数以提高计算结果的准确性。针对衬板磨损轮廓曲线拟合问题,提出一种动态加权修正方法,通过对比分析现场衬板实际磨损轮廓线,发现动锥衬板及定锥衬板加权修正后的相对误差分别降至1.9%和0.7%。结果表明:所提出的方法能有效利用传感器测量数据计算磨损后的衬板轮廓曲线,并实现对圆锥破碎机磨损腔型结构的预测。In order to study the wear characteristics of the cone crusher liner and the evolution of the crushing cavity at different moments,the liner surface crushing force distribution model is established based on the liner wear theory and combined with the crush pressure crushing simulation experiments.Based on the measurement of fixed cone liner wear by ultrasonic sensors,the liner wear calculation model is used to deduce the conversion relation from fixed cone wear to moving cone wear,and a correction factor for liner wear is introduced to improve the accuracy of the calculation results.Aiming at the liner wear profile fitting problem,a dynamic weighted correction method is proposed,and through comparative analysis of the actual liner wear profile in the field,it is found that the relative errors of the weighted correction of the dynamic cone liner and the fixed cone liner are reduced to 1.9%and 0.7%,respectively.The results show that the proposed method can effectively use the sensor measurement data to calculate the worn liner profile curve and realize the prediction of the worn cavity structure of the cone crusher.
