摘 要:针对现有临床上所用的圆窗激振式人工中耳作动器存在和圆窗膜不匹配、初始压力无法监控的问题,结合人耳解剖结构,设计了一款变刚度支撑式压电作动器。首先建立作动器与人耳耦合模型;然后基于该模型对作动器位移放大器、支撑弹簧、压电叠堆的关键参数进行了优化分析;最终通过试验测试作动器输出性能。试验结果表明,所设计的压电作动器实现了初始压力的监控;且谐振频率高达5 160 Hz,高频特性优越。满足圆窗激振的需求,有利于补偿感音神经性患者的听力损伤。Aiming at the problems of mismatch between circular window and circular window membrane and the inability to monitor the initial pressure,a piezoelectric actuator with variable stiffness support is designed based on the anatomical structure of human ear.Firstly,the coupling model between the actuator and the human ear is established.Then,based on the model,the key parameters of the actuator displacement amplifier,support spring and piezoelectric stack are optimized and analyzed.Finally,the output performance of the actuator is tested by experiment.The experimental results show that the designed piezoelectric actuator can monitor the initial pressure.The resonant frequency is up to 5160 Hz,and the high frequency characteristics are superior.The actuator meets the needs of round window stimulation,and can improve hearing loss compensation in sensorineural patients.
