摘 要:利用光电方法研究了直流电压激励大气压氩气弥散等离子体羽的放电特性。通过光学成像发现等离子体羽是弥散的。光电信号进一步表明:依据针-环电极间电压的不同,放电可以是脉冲模式或者是连续模式。脉冲模式下的电压波形保持不变,但放电电流和总发光信号波形出现周期性震荡,明显是Trichel脉冲的形式;而连续模式下的电压、放电电流和总发光信号波形均不随时间变化。脉冲模式下等离子体羽不同位置处的光信号表明该模式下的放电运行在负流光机制。而在连续模式下,结合放电的伏安特性曲线及阴极表面的电流密度分析推知:连续模式下的放电机制是汤森机制。得到了两种模式下的光学发射光谱,利用玻尔兹曼拟合法估算了电子激发温度;利用羟基谱线拟合法估算了气体温度,并用温度计进行了直接测量。Plasma plume produced by an atmospheric pressure plasma jet (APPJ) can be either diffuse or filamentary.Filament discharge is violent,and a large amount of joule heat generated in the filaments will damage fragile samples,so diffuse discharge can better meet application needs than filament discharge.Plasma parameters,i.e.is the representation of plasma plume state,determine whether APPJ is suitable for specific applications and its application efficiency.It is of great practical significance to study plasma parameters,including:electron temperature (is approximately equal to electron excitation temperature (T_(exc))),electron density,molecular vibration temperature and molecular rotation temperature (T_(rot))(is approximately about equal to gas temperature (T_g)),etc.In this work,an argon diffuse plasma plume is generated by a plasma jet excited by a direct current power with a needle-ring structure supply at atmospheric pressure.Optical imaging shows that the plasma plume is diffuse.Photoelectric signals indicate:depending on the voltage between the needle and the ring electrodes (V_p),the discharge may be pulsed mode or continuous mode.In the pulsed mode,V_p remains almost unchanged,while the discharge current and the total optical signal oscillate periodically.Obviously,these pulses are Trichel pulses.The difference is that,all the waveforms including V_p,discharge current and total optical signal remain almost unchanged with time in the continuous mode.Trends of the plasma plume length in two modes are different:the plasma plume length increases with the absolute value of V_p (abs (V_p)) in the pulsed mode,but remain almost constant in the whole continuous mode.The discharge frequency of the plasma plume increases as abs (V_p) increases in the pulsed mode.The plasma plume length is almost not affected by airflow,and the discharge frequency is also unaffected by airflow in the pulsed mode.Two identical photomultiplier tubes are used to collect optical signals at different locations of the plasma plume in the p
