成都市居民基本公共卫生服务利用现状的质性研究

摘　　要：目的 了解成都市居民对基本公共卫生服务的利用现状及存在的问题。方法 采用目的抽样法选取21例城乡居民进行访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步法对资料进行分析。结果 成都市居民基本公共卫生服务的利用现状提炼出两个主题:知晓途径多但不全面、服务利用缺乏主动性。影响居民利用的因素提炼出四个主题:健康观念、缺乏相关信息、人口流动、对基层服务不信任。存在的问题提炼出三个主题:信息化建设不完善、服务质量不佳、服务形式较单一。结论 成都市居民对服务利用的现状不理想、受多种因素影响。应进一步加强宣传与信息化建设、转变居民健康观念、提升基层服务能力等。Objective To explore the utilization status of essential public health services of Chengdu residents and the existing problems of the program. Methods The purposive sampling method was adopted to select 21 community residents for interview, and Colaizzi's method was used to analyze the data. Results The utilization status of essential public health services by Chengdu residents was summarized into two aspects: various but incomprehensive channels for knowledge and lack of initiative in service utilization. The factors influencing the utilization were identified as health perception, lack of relevant information, population mobility, and distrust of primary services. The existing problems included imperfect information construction, unsatisfactory service quality, and relatively simple form of services. Conclusions The utilization status of essential public health services of Chengdu residents is not ideal, and the service utilization is affected by many factors. We should further strengthen the publicity and the information construction, improve the residents' health concept, and enhance the service capacity of grassroots healthcare institutions.
